Crashed on Bike Today

I crashed on my bike today and was wearing a schwinn helmet, model number sw100T. I was on a gravel trail going downhill about 20 mph and lost traction and fell. My head hit the ground so hard that I was amazed to be alive when I caught my breath. The helmet has a dent in it about 2 inches in diameter by 1/8 inch deep…must have hit a rock or a root. I hate to think what would have happened if that was my unprotected head.
