Evolution Running DVD

I just got an email talking about a Running Technique DVD called “Evolution Running”. It’s Joe Friel’s take on efficient form, and is very similar to Pose Method or Chi Running, both of which I have studied (without much success, tho I believe in the basic concepts!). I like how they explain the concepts and include drills. I’m adding this to my Christmas Wish list 🙂
