I was on YouTube searching for running videos. I like to watch videos of top athletes running to observe their running form.

2004 Olympics triathlon silver medalist Bevan Docherty of New Zealand lives up to his motto of "He who wants it most wins!" Here, he sprints from behind to clutch victory from the grasp of compatriot Kris Gemmell at the 2005 New Plymouth ITU World Cup triathlon.

Thanks for the motivational video.

Carol, the idea of filming you in the treadmill is just great, I'll definitely try that soon.
Today I ran in the treadmill for one hour, and I tried to increase my cadence and see if there was any impact in my heart rate. Although I need to do more tests, I kind of got the feeling that my faster cadence (80-84 steps per minute) made me run smoother, with less upper body movement (not too jumpy) and I think my HR dropped by 2-3 bpm. I have a tendence of using long strides, and I'm also a grinder in the bike, therefore... I have a lot to improve.
Please share with us the video of your running technique.
I have a run and swim clinic in December 8 (all day), and I'll share my learnings with you. The coaches in this event are very experienced people, so I have good hopes for it.
Bruno.
