I googled running hill repeats and came across this website that has a great hill workout:
It describes doing sets of three repeats, where the first repeat is easy and you focus on form. The second is medium where you focus on higher cadence. The third repeat is all out as fast as you can go.
Today I did a 15 minute easy jog, then did three sets of three repeats. It was fun. I must be crazy, but I love hard running workouts!
