This morning I dropped a whole gallon of milk on the floor, and half of it splattered and glugged all over the place. I am not crying over the spilled milk. I am crying over the milk splashing all over my running shoes! Serves me right for leaving my crap all over the place. Good thing I don’t have a wife. LOL!
FYI: Here’s how I wash my running shoes: I put them in the washer on the “Hand Wash” cycle, filling the tub to medium. More water seems to be gentler on things. The hand wash cycle doesn’t spin very hard, so that is also gentler. Then I take them out and let them air dry. Also, removing the insoles helps them dry more completely.
