I have been in such a slump lately.? I have no desire to work out.
A month ago, I had signed up for a race that was last weekend (Kerr Lake).? ? I thought having a goal would help motivate me to get out and train.? It didn’t work.? I blew the race off.
It occurred to me today that I am no longer addicted to endorphins.

are you burnt out or just tired? Try some reverse psychology on yourself. Take a couple/three weeks off of working out. You are NOT allowed to work out even if you want to. After three weeks I bet you will be climbing the walls in anticipation for your next workout. It has worked for me…. Good luck
