I just purchased this ebook called Burn, the Fat Feed the Muscle. I am having trouble losing my last 20 pounds, so felt I needed some help dieting while exercising. It’s great stuff! The book talks about setting goals and writing them down in the form of “I Will”, so here goes:
My Goals:
I will finish the White Lake Sprint tri in 1:37. That will put me in the top 50% of female finishers.
I will do Pinehurst, which will be my first olympic distance tri.
I will get down to 130 pounds before white lake. I am currently 146 pounds, and the Xterra wetsuit I bought off ebay doesn’t fit me 🙄
I will finish the VA Beach Rock and Roll half marathon next year in 2:10, which will be a pace of 10 minutes per mile.
I will swim a 100m free in 1:30 by Februrary.
I will learn to swim butterfly so I can do a 200m IM by February.
