Polar Heart Rate Monitor

I bought a Polar Heart Rate monitor and am trying to figure out how to use it. I set up a training program, but it doesn’t jive with all the hills in my town. I feel like every workout is a hill workout.

I ended up turning off the beeps, and just glancing down at my heart rate while running. My rate was 125-140. If I was going up hill, it would go up to 148.

I will keep working on figuring out how to use it!
