I did a track workout today. Here’s what I did:
warm up for 20 minutes
200 m in 42 seconds
600 m easy jog
800 m in 3:42
400 m easy jog
800 m in 3:26 = pace of 6:54
400 m easy jog
200 m in 38 sec = pace of 5:06
600 m easy jog
Last track workout I did a 1600 m in 7:30. 1600m is 1 mile (well, almost a mile …minus 9 meters.)
