I took a Bike Maintenance Clinic at the REI store in Cary, NC. It was a 6 hour class in their bike shop working on my own bike. It only cost me $75 (REI member pricE). It was great – I leanred so much about cleaning, lubing, and adjusting my bike. The techs at REI bike shop are top notch.
