Well, I went running two days later in weather that was just as hot. This time I was okay, because…
- I was going slow and taking it easy instead of pushing hard.
- I looped past my house so I could refill water as needed.
*I think there are 2 people who read this blog: my cousin MB and my internet buddy, Ron. Maybe three… a woman named Lisa who found my blog and is training for her first tri, tho I haven’t heard from her in a while…i wonder if she did her race yet. PS, Ron – I updated that blog about macing dogs!

Just wanted you to know that there is at least one other person reading your blog! I’ve decided to start training for a Tri as well. My wife and I are shooting for the 2007 NC season (we’re in Charlotte) and will sign up for a March race to start!

Great site and blog. Very motivational! We’re 36 and 37 and just want to get in better shape! Triathlon’s seem like a great way to start!
