I’ve been fiddling all week trying to adjust my saddle height and handlebars so I am in a more proper cycling position. All it has gotten me is sore back, sore arms and sore ankles. At this point, since my race is only 1 week away 😯 , I am just going to put my bike back to where it was comfortable for me and not worry about what that biker at Myrtle Beach said to me.
