I have been involved in multi sport for over 17 years. I started as most everyone else, just to get back into shape after a long absence from sports. As a college athlete sports has always been important part of my life, but as most people will attest life catches up to us and we put our physical health on the back burner as career and family and other things of life get priority.
Since the beginning of my triathlon involvement I have always sought out the latest knowledge and current training trends. With the assistance of coaching partners and friends, I have evolved from a back of the pack (just finisher) to consistently placing in the masters division. Not that winning or placing is the most important issue for me but it shows how hard work,dedication and a passion to improve can get you to your athletic goals. Since I have been at both ends of the finisher stats, I can relate to were you are today. Allow me to get you to the next level, whatever the level is.
As a coach – I strive to do guide each athlete, to help them to find their inner athlete and see how they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.
