About a year ago, Lisa Buckingham (an author from the UK) emailed me asking if she could use my triathlon weight loss story in a book she was writing. I was keen on that idea, so I sent her my story along with some “before” and “after” photos. The book is now at the publishers and she sent me a preview copy.
It’s a great book for anyone who wants to tri a tri: Very easy to read and pleasing to the eye, and chock full of information on how to get started, nutrition, gear, transitions, and even complete training plans. If you want to tri a tri but don’t know where to begin, this book is for you!
Here’s the book cover, and a scan of the page that tells my story…
