Triathlon Links

Here are some good triathlon websites:

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com – Triathlon training program for the beginner triathlete offering instruction and tips in the swim, bike and run. I used the Couch to 5k running program that this site offers. By far, this has been the most helpful resource for me this past year! Specifically, these pages are great:

http://www.trifind.com – Find a triathlon event near you! (USA)

http://triathlon.racechecklist.com/ – Create and print a raceday checklist!

http://www.slowfattriathlete.com/ – Think you need to young, lean, and super-fit in order to experience the sport of triathlon? Think again!
