I joined a Master’s swim team to improve my swimming. I have learned that my swimming form is all wrong (just like with my running!). Now I feel like a freakin’ newbie swimmer all over again. I am hoping that, also like running, my speed will greatly improve once I get the hang of the new techniques.
The water temperature should be about 65 degrees in October, so I bought a wetsuit on ebay. It’s a women’s medium Xterra. I tried to put it on today, but it seemed too tight and I was afraid to pull too hard to get it on for fear of ripping it. I’ll wait a month and try again….I am 2 pounds heaver than the sizing chart says, and I should be about 5 pounds lighter in a month.
